Askam was a Turkish commercial vehicle manufacturer with roots in Chrysler Sanayi A.Ş., established in the 1960s to build trucks and light commercial vehicles in Turkey. For much of its early life, the company used licensed Dodge, Fargo and DeSoto identities rather than a single independent Askam emblem.
The Askam name later appeared as the company’s own brand, typically represented by a straightforward uppercase wordmark suited to truck badging, dealer signs and industrial documentation. Publicly available information on formal logo redesigns is limited, so the brand identity is best understood through its transition from licensed American truck marques to a domestic Turkish commercial vehicle name.
