Motomarks is a REST API and image CDN purpose-built for automotive brand assets. We serve logos for over 420 car manufacturers in multiple formats (PNG, WebP, AVIF), types (full logo, badge/emblem, wordmark), and sizes — all cached at 700+ edge locations worldwide for sub-millisecond delivery.
Why we built it
Every automotive product — marketplaces, dealership sites, fleet management tools, insurance apps — needs car brand logos. But sourcing them is a recurring headache: logos change, formats vary, quality is inconsistent, and licensing is murky.
We experienced this first-hand while building automotive software and saw the same problem repeated across the industry. Teams waste hours tracking down brand refreshes, manually resizing assets, and converting between formats. Motomarks was created to solve this once — a single API endpoint that always returns the correct, up-to-date logo so engineering teams can focus on their products instead of asset management.
How it works
Motomarks monitors over 420 automotive brands for visual identity changes. When a manufacturer updates its logo — whether it's a full rebrand, a new EV sub-brand, or a subtle color shift — our pipeline detects the change, processes the new assets into multiple formats and sizes, and pushes them to our global CDN within hours.
Every logo is available as a full brand mark, badge or emblem, and wordmark in PNG, WebP, and AVIF formats. Assets are cached at 700+ edge locations worldwide and served with automatic format negotiation, so your users always get the fastest possible delivery regardless of their browser or location.

Our technology
Motomarks is built on a serverless architecture backed by AWS CloudFront and edge computing. The REST API returns structured JSON metadata for every brand, while the image CDN handles on-the-fly resizing, format conversion, and caching. We offer first-class TypeScript support and are working on type-safe SDKs, webhooks for asset change notifications, and AI-powered brand matching to help teams integrate even faster.
